• Coordinate Guest Lists, Ticketing and Table Seating
• Coordinate Rentals including tables, chairs, tents, etc
• Acquire Permits and Liaison with City, Fire, Police, and other agencies
• Coordinate Transportation and Parking
• Coordinate Location Support (such as electricity and other utilities)
• Book and Manage Security
• Arrange for Portable Toilets
• Arrange Cleanup, Trash Removal, and Storage
